1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing the BlogPusher application ("App") or connecting your Shopify store to our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App immediately.

2. Description of Service

BlogPusher provides AI-assisted content generation for Shopify blogs. We use third-party AI models (including Google Cloud AI) to help merchants draft and publish articles.

3. User Responsibilities & Content Accuracy

Review Requirement: You acknowledge that BlogPusher uses Artificial Intelligence to generate text. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying the accuracy of any content before publishing it to your store.

No Liability for AI Errors: BlogPusher is not liable for any misinformation, "hallucinations," or offensive content generated by the AI.

Ownership: You retain ownership of the content you generate; however, you are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any third-party copyrights or Shopify’s Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Subscription & Billing

Shopify Billing: All payments are processed via the Shopify Billing API. By selecting a plan, you authorize Shopify to charge your store's account on our behalf.

Plan Limits: Usage (number of posts) is governed by your selected tier (Free, Starter, or Premium). Unused posts do not "roll over" to the next month.

Cancellations: You may cancel at any time by uninstalling the App. No refunds are provided for partial months of service.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account. BlogPusher cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain account security.

6. Modifications to Service and Prices

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

Prices of all plans are subject to change upon 30 days notice from us.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLOGPUSHER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE AI GENERATION TOOLS.
